I have 2 webpages with web10, , and think that they are doing very well.
They are cheap and the support is fairly quick and gives accurate answers.
I am not very good at something with websites, but I manage to create a website with no problems.

Have had hands on support several times and they respond quickly. Sometimes within 2 hours but within 15 minutes.

Since 2004 I have used web10 to host my clients' websites and is now at 8 domains, and I'm quite pleased.
The service is pretty good and you get fast answers.
However, I have only tried their ticket support and not their phone support.
Further, the price is especially good with many domains.
All in all, a clear recommendation.

Okay it must be said that I am not a super computer shark.
I never understood it with moving domains (move codes, etc.) - But with the support I got good help and my domain was moved a little over 24 hours and then came my website up again: D

I've always been really good service and help from support.
Largest portion of the support prior arrangement I've had has been done on the same day.
There is sometimes down time but I did not think it was bad.
Overall I am satisfied.

I sit on the board in my football club and has had trouble finding a web hosting where I could easily demonstrate everything that is happening at the club. I saw a website with a calendar where I can display all the current happening and a general page where you can get a presentation of the club. Additionally I have created pages with login and password, which is information addressed directly to the other members of the Board.
But the biggest help has been the gallery, where I can create a gallery with all the images.
I am a happy man: D
